connect only one laptop wired first and change everything, including password, username and WPA-Personal from WPA2-Personal and the Data Encryption from AES-CCMP to TKIP. After that disconnect wired laptop and unplug router and moderm wait 3 minutes , then plug the router and moderm and wirelessly connect the same laptop first. Then increase the load one by one.
