I recently received a NL from kentucky consular centre and including with that they send me 3 forms and as I called them they said me to send just DSP 122 form as I will be doing AOS here in the united states.

My question is when, where, and what are the steps to do AOS here in the states. How much is the application fee? please put down your well experienced thoughts and thank you very much.
