you are right kalopani, there is a quota to be fulfilled. Army is taking 1000 personnels right now but the quota is far from being filled. That is why they have started recruiting MAVNI applicants out of  Los Angeles, CA too. they have a deadline of december 1st so they are going to keep recruiting till they hit the quota or the deadline. According to my recruiter they still have a lot of recruiting to do, since ppl dont know about this and many hasnt applied, so if anyone wants to join i suggest they call any recruiter in NY, i have listed my recruiter's info above. Its a good opportunity to do sth for ourselves and our family members.
