I am not sure if it was a mistake or ignorance...Singapore Airlines think Kathmandu, Lahore and Karachi as Indian Cities.

° India cities include Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Chennai, Colombo, Dhaka, Hyderabad, Kathmandu, Karachi, Lahore, Mumbai, Delhi and Trivandru. Australia cities include Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth.
