Congrats ! concerning your case no. in 26,000 range. As said above these days almost everybody from Asia who got the first letter have gotton their second letter too. That means. all the case no. got current.
Since you are here in US, you will have two options to process your DV case.
I) Consular processing
II) AOS (adjustment of status)
since your case no. falls in 26,000 it might take a while for you to get your second letter and all DV cases of 2010 should be completed between october 1st 2009 to september 30 2010.
As far as I know AOS takes little more time than the consular processing. The core thing is you should be very very careful about the time frame mentioned above if you decided to go for AOS.
For consular processing, you will have to do everything from Embassy in Nepal.
