Not sure what is happening with C.  I bought it back when it was 3.23 and sold it when it reached 3.62.  Now it is at 3.47.  The stock has not fluctuated much.  I wonder if I should buy bunch of C now.  What do you guys think?

Other stocks I am keepin my eye on are Alcoa and General Electric.  Any ideas on those?
