And yes the Army did punish Babu Khatri...he got 6 months of probation and no promotion.....lol what a bunch of phonies...at least maoists pretend like they are looking for the murderers of Ramhari and such. Nepal Army is such a joke, one of my neighbour was some big time Army officer and he used to call Lower level army personell to his house to wash his wife's clothes. I have seen what these Army people do to get to the position.

What a waste of money and resources, nepal should desolve Army and let Indian Army run Nepal, at least the Nepalese tax paying wouldn;t have to pay for those Nalayaks.
