Raju...you are proving yourself an intellect by listing more tortures and killings and justifying the killings on your side ..... . Trust me Army has wiped out villagers in the name of killing Maoists and tortured innocent people including children just like Maoists have done.

If you are willing to take the Army Brand glasses off your head you will see that both Army and Maoists are equal bastards and yes out of 13000 deaths UN has said Army is responsible for half of it.

Nothing justifies killing of a 15 year old girl from torture. This does proves that Army is nothing different than Maoists.
