I contacted the Int'l admission advisor about the UNO advantage schp/new Int'l schp,they say that its not guarenteed even if the candidate meets the requirement mentioned. And do you have any idea about when do they usually make decison on it like before they send admission materials or after they  I-20.I am just confused with their policy. If you know pls. let me know..
