In other words We as a Nepali society are okey to have a murderous tyrant running a government office ?  So why don't we make Charles Sobraj the Primeminister then(heard he has excellent management skills ) ?  Or better yet why don't we make Jefferey Dalhmer a chef cause he know his meat well ?
