I am from Nebraska. that's where my permanent address and driver
license is from. I was going to Maryland for the summer and i want to
buy a vehicle in Baltimore. i heard my friends say that i cannot
register the vehicle i buy in Maryland because my permanent address is
from Nebraska. Any body have any idea?? help please
