I received my home police clearance certificate today and the issue date is 05/17/09 and  the police clearance certificate statement quotes Mr XXX has no adverse  record against him/her till date 07/01/04 which is the day I left Nepal. I've not returned back since I came. So is that how the date in  Police certificate should be? Can anyone give me some idea. I shall truly appreciate any information.
