If you are nearby DC area and are free on coming Sunday, I would like to invite you to a program with two presentations on federalism. Dr. Ambika Adhikari and I will be presenting our understanding and views regarding the world experience, our domestic issues and the current debates on federalism.

The tentative title of my presentation is “To Reform or To Deform: Federal Model Choices for Nepal” I will be particularly taking on the rationales presented for the ‘mono-ethnic federalism’. In some way, and partially, I will be countering the following propagandist write-up.
