How the hell are people claiming him the best finance minister?????? Do you guys even know how he collected revenue and where is that revenue going? Did you ever hear why he collected that revenue...thats just to provide more fundings for terrorism and his YCLs and PLAs. Ok, please provide me some proof of why this bastard terrorist is the best finance minister? I consider this guy as the worst finance minister (I don wanna talk about his wife..the most corrupted minister ever). Whoever claims this guy as the best, he/she must have been paid by maoists (and of course, paid by the revenue collected as a "tax" from some hard working Nepalses).
