Baburam and his ideas are bad but given the other options Nepal has, he proved himself to be the best finance minister so far Nepal had. He is still the bad apple among worse apples in Nepal. Baburam's ideas are conflicting, his past is questionable, and his party is shady but unfortunately even with all those backdraws he is still the best person who can get things done in NEPAL. Most people bash Baburam as if their guy is going to make a difference. Lets not kid ourselves with Baburam's alternatives, who care curropt and deshdrohi. And people who advocate for those deshdrohi's are nothing but waiting for resources of nepal to trickle down to their own pockets. Leaders who follow such sentiments and people who advocate those ideas has made us Indian slaves. 

I do not agree with Maoism but i would not run away from saying that Baburam had been the best finance minister Nepal has ever seen in its History regardless of his past. Baburam is not the most righteous person but there is not another finance minister in Nepal who is as competent as he is at his job.
