I have a standard car (15 years old) runs pretty good, I will give you free, Can you come and pick up from Winnipeg???? You can not do it even you get lowest price is offered. So stop looking from Nepali.
Bottom line is, you have to find out locally. As per my questioning to match "Both" constraint from a "Nepali and locally", find out the probability???
