This is a  good time to  buy car, after graduation people are leaving or re-locating. Do not go by looks, you may pay little money and have a professional opinion. Craigslist is a good site, if you see 2004-2005 car for $3000 , such posting are scam and car is located out side the city, beware of it. Meet in public place some were McDonald, BK or D'donut for safety.
