no matter what kind of of system we adopt, if we can't change our mentality, our nature, our thinking none of'em works.
panchayat era, democracy, republic whatever it is, WE should change ourselves first.
same idiot jerks and different system doesn't make any sense.
look now what is happening, those avoided by people became ministers and now seems to be prime minister and to those people voted for change just don't care about the people except their own party workers/millitant.
