Lets not forget that World's richest city, NY, has its state governer who is legally blind. He was elected as a vice-governer while he was legally blind, and later moved to governer's position. These idiots in Nepal don't have that much of cognitive skill. Those who have cognitive skills to that level don't become Maoists, and even if someone with some cognitive skill become Maoists, s/he has another agenda in becoming a Maoist, and exploit the situation to benefit him.
