I am looking for a roommate to share my apartment. It's a nice place to live in with everything you need very close by. Jackson hieghts is about 7-10 mins by train. It's a beautiful neighborhood in Rego Park. Must see to know. I am looking for one or two person since my roommate is moving. If there is two person rent will be 350 or if one then 525 that is all utilities included.

I am a peaceful person and I prefer people like that. Only requirments for me are no smoking and drinking in the apt. Pay rent on time. Must be a clean person, at least take shower 5 times a week.
