It's not a normal kind of blogspot if bloggers can delete the responders input and each can edit their own original entry. Availability of Edit functionality can encourage members to post entries without proper self analysis before posting which in turn can generate wasteful responses.

I think San should remove both EDIT and DELETE functionalities. I guess Jawala is using the delete functionality that is readily available at his finger-tips.

I do understand that if somebody willfully compromises some body else' or own private information on here then that should be corrected right away. If that happens Notify Admin functionality should be used. 
Such perpetrators should be banned from Sajha.

There  should be a disclaimer next to the Submit button that address this privacy issue.

Just a thought or two.
