I think the word YCL and its foundation should be scrap all as was like the word Mandale been scrapped off from the history of Nepal. Government should ban on those words who declares him/ herself as YCL and threats the sovernity of the country and its people by destroying public properties and creates choas to the public. Government should put complete ban on them. But here, it's like who's gonna put the bell in cat's tail.
