hey everybody, lets not think that way. it doesn't matter who are you working for dhoti or gora. he is your employer. but since dhoti allows use to work without using that no. then why not accept it. But it is not possible everywhere. coz in most of the place like OC there r no dhotis and goras need that SSN.
