I agree with Jagat and with CPK about his son's status.
People in Nepal think that everyone in USA or UK hail from big families. Which is 100% so untrue. Jati nai dhani baauka santaan bhaye pani yeha baauko paisale kohi padhdaina. " yo maaobaadile boarding school padhne dhani baau-aamaka chora-chori hun bhaneko jastai ho".
tara, khagendra sangraula ko bisayama bhannu parda " he is just a writer, no matter how crappy is his article. He is no way a literary figure". " Khagendra got established in Nepali media because of Kantipur but not of his " junkire or whatever" He used to write for one colum "daiko sasuraali or something like that" and he used to vomit against then governments no matter who and kantipur bought it. Kantipur made very good money out of it becaus Nepali people always bought article against government.
They are not nagarik samaj. They are helpers of butcher who hold four legs during sacrifice. Remember, did they blow horn when Ram Hari was killed, when Uma singh, birendra sah were killed no no way. Its simple because they don't want to go against maoist.
Khagendra is just a Mandale if you look at his transformation. In early days of democracy he just wrote against (UML and congress) but never give himself a label of any party but now he does, atleast his activity and attitude does.
I agree with Jagat about the responsiblity of writers. When thousands of people read you you need to write responsbly. If you are picking any problems then you should be able to provide solution or atleast suggestion which majority of write in Nepal don't"
