Maoist are delaying action against Mr. Kattuwala not because they are afraid of Mr. Kattuwala or Army Coup. They just want that congress will not make it a  political issue.  Maoist still has over 20,000 PLA with them and they already have good  controller in Nepal Army including Army Second Man Mr. Khadka. Maoist were able to chase the 240 year old Shah dynasty from the country; Mr Kattuwal is just a Bhattuwa of old Monarchy - no doubt he will be fired sooner or later.
