Diipulata says maoists have made major changes specifically "strict Gun Laws".

That gun law that allows only maoists to carry on gun with them at any time, by anyone if they are maoists.

Ya let them rule for some years, let the person like Thaiba opposing them be killed by them, let the murderer be placed at their safe location, let them say later on he ran away on the way to police or wherever.

Maoist govt is no different than direct kings rule. People used to have fear in opposing king's cadres at that time and now people have fear opposing maoists' cadres.
