I'm currently in Allston and am interested in an apartment in Cambridge starting from September 2009, preferably somewhere between Porter Sq and Davis Sq (need to be close to the T, especially Porter Sq since I need to catch the Commuter Rail to Waltham to go to work). Please let me know if this works for you.

Also, could you let me know what the rent is, whether heat and hot-water are included, etc.?
