HAMROTEL SUCKS.... i tried to buy $10 cards and just received the Receipt from paypal. they didnt send me any pin number. i had to call paypal and blacklisted them. i have the us gov site where we can put in fraud and i wil do that today.
i called them 1000000 times but no reply nor and reply to my email. i wonder who is the group/person that owns it.....
