I am doing excellent (I believe). Graduated with MS in CS. Have a great job that is trying to kiss 6 figures. Paid off student loan and home loan I had in Nepal. Comfortably paying for brother's MBBS studies. Recently bought a new Honda Pilot.

Will go to Nepal and get married to a girl that my mom has chosen for me.

I think I am doing good till today. No one knows what comes tomorrow.
