In the telephone conversation between Dhamala and Mahato, Dhamala was talking about killing, extorting and harming people. If criminal is that who kills or threatens or extorts or harms innocents people, then I would say "Criminal wins" and I suggest the thread originator to change the title accordingly.

Just because you don't have enough proof for someone taking in custody to probe charges against him does not mean that he was innocent. Charges against him are not dropped yet by the court.
