So you've got a screamer for a wife.  Good on you.  And if it was an American household, that is probably something to be proud of or, at least, not be concerned about.

But you have a Nepali family.  So, for the sake of respect to the elders who are sleeping in the next room, you should tell your wife to tone it down to moans.

On the other hand....

Seems like she does not really care much what her parents think.   So, maybe, you should not either.

Just make sure that your in-laws do know that you are having passionate sex, not fighting, or he might call 911 and report that you are abusing his daughter.
