There must be law and order. The law and order is very shaky situation for the nation-Nepal. Everybody, must be liable to control the corrupted/bribed people, who are invited the painful situation for the poor people.

Once time will come, then those so called willful defaulter has no choice either to sacrifice their luxuarious life or compel to repay the loan, but we have to make awareness ourself.
