This is shameful. Can someone post this story to news agencies like bbc, cnn, abc, nbc? That person from the embassy should be tried in court. I can't believe the embassy is hiding the culprit and putting the blame on the victim.

Few years back when the Nepalese ambassador was alleged to have stolen a book, there was a huge outcry from Nepalese public about it. But now when someone from american ambassy puts someone in vegetative state which is worse than killing they get to go scott free by releasing a fake public statement.

We need to not let this issue die down. Stand up self respecting nepali people.
