What a joke !! Omitance of Miss Cheng's fluency in English is  a sure give away to this April fool joke. Most people  in Singapore are not really fluent in Mandarin as English is the main language spoken in there. The writer assumes Singapore to be a Chinese country but the matter fact is that it is not. Chinese are majority but that does not make it a Chinese state. Furthermore, the government has always promoted it as a multi racial country, it is no wonder that most well informed people see it the way the governement has potrayed it to be.




Who is Miss Cheng ? She is just a fictional character.
