hi,
Can anybody tell me the mdx query to calculate the previous running 12 months and same period previous year (upto date level).
For same period previous year, I tried paralleperiod(([Time Dim].[Hierarchy Time].[Year],1,[Time Dim].[Hierarchy Time].currentmember), [Measures].[Sum of Sales])
It's not working properly. It gives me correct value for the year level and the date level but not for quarter or month level. My Hierarchy Time = Year, Quarter, Month, Date.
and for Previous running 12 months i don't know how to proceed. I want both as a calculated measure
If any body can guide me, I would be gratefull.
