All the long winded argument from NAS does not authorize him to legally display these pictures on this website. By accepting the terms and conditions, the users of facebook or Hi5 may have given the rights to these website to use these pictures for marketing and other purposes. But if facebook or Hi5 were to use these fictures inappropritely (say creating a suggestive or porno website), their sorry asses will be in jail in no time. In any case they may have granted the right to use their picture and content to facebook or Hi5, certainly not to NAS or anyone else.

This website is used by a close group of people so we can get away with such stuff, but if this were a hugely popular (I mean  general pupulation, not just Nepali community) website, you would be asking for a lot of trouble. At the bare minimum it is a copyright violation if you do not cite the source of the picture.

So argue all you can NAS, you may still not be on sound legal ground. Talking about the morality of the issue, it is a creative at best (in a crooked sense) to assume that just because someone posted a picture on the web for their inner circle of friend, they want it to be splashed all over.

On the ligher side, some of the picture are gorgeous and I sure enjoy seeing those. As Dekchi Bro said, argue as much as we want to, we are still peeping Toms.
