Girija is looser, crook, most corrupted politician in Nepal who enjoyed the longest tenure as PM of Nepal yet no contrubution in favor of the people of Nepal. Now, he is putting all the blame to other parties who are in power. I don't mean other parties are better that Girija' NC. What I am saying is there is no merit in Girija's barking. Basically, he is so desperate to empwer his 'Ku Putri' Sujata by inheriting all NE executive power.
