@Samsara:US universities get more per-capita grants for research than any other nation.

His recent stimulus package allocated $3.0 billion for NSF only, which is 5-time more than the NSF board was expecting. Researchers and scientists are fired up now. This is the change and once the budget reach to universities, the top-class US universitites may have more per-capita grants for research than any other nation.
