I wholeheartedly agree with Mrniceguy's research and the research's findings. I don't know it's early or lately, Mrniceguy's discovered the myths of being nice.

I've had situations where I both failed and succeeded being nice and not-so-nice. But you never know what's in a girls mind. If a woman want something, she gets to her hold no matter what. Even if she's married or have kids or with family of strong values..........and likes a second guy.........wants to have a good night sleep..........she'll get it done; she can create circumstances or pretend to have gone through something.

I hope this research will be eye-opener to guys out there who're trying to be as much nice as possible in order to persuade the girls and end up with empty hand. Do a fair treatment to women and do respect her standing yet don't extend too much hand to her..
