What are the risks and warnings to know that you are going to be hacked plzzzzzzz?

I just got a mail from a friend and she was panic that her id has been used to ask for money for the reason she lost her purse, credit card , etc and in  an emergency situation.

I received similar mail from one of my friend last week too.

Plz contribute your ideas not to dos ( garna nahune kura haru) online.
