Nikon D90 You won't be disappointed. Also if you are looking for not DSLR but cameras that works as good as DSLR or more better than some DSLRs, go for Ricoh GRD II or Panasonic DMC-LX3K.
I would suggest trying kit lens for a while and later go for different lens according to your choices. First see what you are interested into.
