In IT, all these mushrooming boutique Indian Consultancies have really changed the rules of the game with most of the limited 65000 H1-B visa going to the Indian nationals residing in India instead of awarding to qualified and accultured internationals students from other countries who have invested so much time, labor and money in the US. Most of the contracting in the IT industry is done via networking but with illegal percentage cuts/cash payments under the table. What do you expect when the guest workers come from one of the most corrupt nations in the world where lying or cheating is the only way of survival. The Obama Administration and the regional governments needs to conduct more sting operations and investigations into such illegal fleecing in times of tough fiscal and budgetery environment.
