i think this is the right thing to do. Most indians have used us in one way or other. so if you think you know they are doing a  fraud then it wont be any wrong doing by calling the ins or labor department. I have known some of my friends already called the authority for some of the consultancies. They called the authority because they were being abused by these consultancies. So step ahead and do the bold thing. It is not just about green card and h1 . They used us because they know that we are weak and we are simple and straight person. Dont ever think they gave us the opportunity because they liked us. The only thing they like is money. Everything else for them is business. So go ahead and do the right thing.
