My friend's mom is going back to Nepal following the route Dallas-San Franscisco-Hong Kong (Cathay Pacific, San Francisco-Hong Kong)-Kathmandu (Dragon, Hong Kong-Kathmandu) sometimes in April (date not confirmed).
