Now regarding Gyoza and dumplings....Thats how Americans and other Asians Know about Mo Mo.  When you approach other Businesses who are not Nepalese...they dont know Mo Mo.............anyway momo is gyoza or dumplings .....we just call it mo mo and is much tastier than chinese dumplings or thai Gyozas. I love the taste of our Momo and achaar........I would suggest to have the package name as

                           TASTY  MOMO

        Nepalese Dumpling...............or  Nepalese Gyozas.
