new bill introduced to the house in feb,2009. the bill seeks special immigration visas for foreign nurses. it is a little different than the previous visas for the nurses. it's for 3 years and can be renewed, capped at 50,000/yr. visa cap exclude spouse and kids. spouse eligible for work as well.
