I purchased my restaurent $160 K.It was a running operating business .Due to the current economic situation, it worths only $130K.I am making good money. This is the very very best time to buy business and house. This is not the time to sell house and business.Instead of buying house , I wish to suggest our nepali brothers and sisters to buy a small business.It is really a money plant .You will get the sweet fruits.
