the most common technique to show localization is to use immunofluorescence microscopy. you need antibodies to those enzymes. another way of addressing the same question is to construct a GFP fusion protein thet will also show locolidation. these tecq is good and reliable but not always precise. for more accurate you could do immunogold microscopy with different gold particle size.
