didn't this guy fail in SLC....if I remember correctly he did...but ya it doesn't prove that he actually stole those jewelry...we'll leave it to the judge/jury to convict him....I am surprised to see this guy here...at the same time..iam not completely surprise..

He pledged $1 million in donation while in college and got special treatment..
