NO Problem.. still we can get around this rule, if ever implemented.
The kid can still go to Boarding School, simple ask the uncle or other relative who don't have govt. salary to pay the fees. Yes, the kid lives with parents... but some other is paying for the school fees.. what's wrong with that?
Or,
Give money (cash) to the kid, the kid goes to pay the fees at the school. From where the money came to the kid, no one can ask.... he simple got it from somewhere. How can now they charge the parents?
